My Eyeshadow Collection

Hey guys! I am back with my January theme, All About Makeup and this post is on all the eyeshadows that I own.

MAC

For those of you that have been reading my blog, you know that I love MAC products! I had a friend who use to work at MAC and I would go ask her so many questions about different products and always end up buying something. I don't know what I'm going to do since she doesn't work there anymore!! :( I'm surprised that I don't have more eyeshadows than I do but I own the most from MAC. I just love the colors, the pigmentation and just how they look.

NYX

This has to be my second favorite brand! I just love NYX as much as MAC. I love that they have shimmers, matte and glitter shadows to choose from and the formula is just amazing! I wish I could have every color in all the eyeshadows, lol!

Victoria's Secret, Wet N Wild, Make, The Balm, Sephora and Elf

These are my other eyeshadows that I own. I've only used the Wet N Wild, Sephora, The Balm(which I absolutely love) and Make that I got in a Birchbox and it's a pretty dark purple color. I purchased the Victoria's Secret shadows during their Semi-Annual sale last year and Elf one day roaming around Target. I plan to use them sometime soon so I can see how they are.

So that is my eyeshadow collection. What are your favorite shadows? Which ones should I try that you love? Comment and let me know!!

Sometimes its hard.....

You know when you keep thinking of something and you just feel like you have to get it out? That was me before sitting down to write this post. I had something else planned to write but I kept thinking...sometimes its hard and it just evolved from there. We all heard the sayings, life isn't fair, life is hard and so on. Sometimes life can be hard but we don't experience it for long. There are so many things that I want to do but I know I can't do a million things at once. I can't just pick and go anymore, I'm someone's parent now. There are times I want to but I know things have to be planned out now. I will get to those place I want to go, just have to be patient and plan it out. It seems like we focus so much on what is hard about life that we forget about the easy stuff. We forget sometimes about all the good things that happen and to be grateful for getting through those rough patches. You may not like your living situation but you have a roof over ...

On a personal note....Update on Blogging and Personal Goals

Happy Football Sunday!! I hope everyone has been enjoying the weekend and getting ready to celebrate Thanksgiving!! I can't believe it is this week! I can't wait to spend time with family! I thought about giving an update to the personal and blogging goals I set for myself last year with the Resolute Beauty Blogger series. You can check out my results post  HERE!!  I completed this in May of this year so let's see how I've been doing since then. Blogging Goals 1. Attend A Blogging Event- Since then I have not attended another event. I was so happy when I did find my one event to attend. I have been keeping in contact with those bloggers I met and reading their blogs. I have been finding events but there are scheduling conflicts. I hope to find another one very soon. 2. Set A Blogging Schedule- I am still sticking to my Sunday, Thursday and every other Friday schedule. It has been really working with my hectic schedule I already have. 3. Change Up Current Style-...

No Buy is Officially Over!!

Yay!! I survived 2 months without a single makeup purchase!! I am so proud of myself and knew I had the will power to do it!! It really helped me staying out of Sephora, Ulta and Mac, the usual places that get me in trouble lol! When I went into Target or Walmart, I wouldn't even go near the makeup section. Funny thing is, I haven't run to the store yet to purchase anything on my wish list yet but I will soon. You can see what is on my wish list here.  After organizing my makeup, I realized I have a lot of products that I don't use and need to try out soon. I'm going to try to really shop my stash before running out and buying something new. Maybe next time, I will go for a 3 month no buy!! Have you successfully completed a no buy? What is currently on your wish list? Comment below and let me know!! ~** Drea Notes**~ We went to the beach today and I'm so glad we did! It was such a fun day with the family!! I'm trying to get back to working out lol!  ...
