Something different

As you may know, I'm a natural hair girl. I've been natural for 6 years and started wearing my hair in it's natural state for about a year. I haven't put heat to my hair in a while and was curious to see how long my hair was if it was straight. I was in the salon forever but I love the way my hair turned out and it has gotten pretty long. And I also tried out my Urban Decay Shattered Face Case pallet and I love it!  I also tried my new powder foundation by Cover Girl that I purchased last weekend and its a match!! I'm so excited that I picked it out by myself and I like it! Now I have to figure out how to treat my hair when it's straight like this cause it's been a while!

My Pallet Collection

Hey guys! I'm back with the January theme of All About Makeup. This post is about all the pallets that I have in my makeup collection. BH Cosmetics I was at my best friends house and I saw that she had all these pallets. When I opened them up, I thought I was in color heaven! I've never seen so many colors in a pallet before and I now have 3 pallets from BH Cosmetics. I love how pigmented the shadows are and just how many colors you have to create endless looks. I stopped myself at 3 because I don't think I would even use all the pallets they have. NYX The first pallets I got by Nyx were the glitter ones. I found them in the clearance section in Ulta sometime last year. I've only used them once or twice but I love how the glitter looked. I purchased the Natural pallet when Ulta was having a sale on all Nyx stuff. I love the neutral colors in the pallet and how you can create a soft or dark look. Urban Decay Funny thing is, I have not used either

Drugstore Hauls and Happy 100th Post to me!!

I think this is my last post of the night but I have hit 100 post!! Yay!! Well I was in Walgreens, Walmart and Target over the weekend and picked up a few things that I wanted to try out. Walgreens I'm not sure why I was in Walgreens again but I saw the new Spring Collection from Wet N Wild by Fergie and was drawn to purchase these products. I love glitter and was even happier when I saw they were .99 each. They had about 8-10 colors with matching eyeshadows to go with each of the glitter shadows. The colors looked so pretty, I couldn't resist. I also picked up this new Lip Balm Stain in the color Lady and the Vamp. Walmart I was in Walmart to pick up something else and found myself over in the cosmetics section. I wanted to be good so I only got two items. I love Wet N Wilds's lipsticks and got it in Mauve Outta Here and saw Cover Girl still had some of the Catching Fire beauty products and picked up this pretty polish in Pryo Pink (can't you tell I love gli

My Mascara Collection

Hey guys! I'm getting a few post done tonight on my January theme, All About Makeup. This is on the mascaras that I own. I really thought I had more than this but these are actually my favorite mascaras for different reasons. Benefit Cosmetics- They're Real- This is one of my new favorites. It was in my December monthly favorites video. I just love how it enhances your natural lashes and makes them look so long. When I'm not in the mood for lots of volume, I reach for this one. Benefit Cosmetics- Bad Gal - I love the full and volumized look this mascara gives. Its something about Benefit's formula for their mascara but they are really amazing! Too Faced- Better Than Sex - Now I'm not sure if this mascara is really better than sex, lol but I really like it a lot. It really opens up my eyes and makes my lashes pop. I love the length and fullness my lashes have with this mascara. Tarte- Lights Camera Lashes - Now this mascara blew my mind the first time I used

My Eyeliner Collection

Hey guys! I'm back with another post on my January theme. All About Makeup! I am going through all the eyeliners that I own so lets get right into it! Pencil Eyeliners When I first started wearing makeup in high school, this was the only liner I knew about. It was cheap at the time and I could get it in so many colors. Now there are so many different types of eyeliners out there from pencil to liquid to cream. When I really got into makeup, the first eyeliners I had were by MAC of course lol. As you can see, I've really been using them. I have pencil eyeliners from NYX, Sephora, Mally, Victoria's Secret, NYC, Beauty Boxes and even one from Five Below. I use all of them for different reason, some I use for lining my lash line and for lining my waterline and tight lining.  Liquid Eyeliners The first liquid liner that I purchased was by Elf and I didn't really know how to use it. I watched a lot of YouTube to figure out how to use it and the best brands t

New Blog Name and URL

Hey guys! When I first started this blog back in August, I just named it the first thing I could think of without any thought. As I started blogging, I did realize that my name is a bit too long and my cousin pointed out that it needed to change to fit me. I really thought about a name this time and came up with Naturalle Drea. It just really fit who I am, just me. I'm starting to come from behind what I hide from and finding my way and finding out who I am. There will be site launch later when more changes are made but I'm really excited and hope that this blog becomes successful! ~ ** Drea Notes **~ I'm so ready for Spring, hope the Groundhog sees an early spring!! I think I'm addicted to coffee, its bad enough my job has a Kerig machine! I feel like I can never get laundry done, I'm always washing clothes!!

New Nail Polish

Hey guys! I wanted to share the polishes that I got from Zoya during their 3 Free promotion. It was so hard trying to narrow it down because then have so many beautiful colors to choose from! I had to look at my nail polish collection and see what colors I didn't have and made my choices from there. Starting from the left I got Juliette, a pretty off white color, Codie, a gorgeous dark brown and Evvie, a beautiful dark green . If you took advantage of this promotion, what colors did you get? Let me know!

My Eyeshadow Collection

Hey guys! I am back with my January theme, All About Makeup and this post is on all the eyeshadows that I own. MAC For those of you that have been reading my blog, you know that I love MAC products! I had a friend who use to work at MAC and I would go ask her so many questions about different products and always end up buying something. I don't know what I'm going to do since she doesn't work there anymore!! :( I'm surprised that I don't have more eyeshadows than I do but I own the most from MAC. I just love the colors, the pigmentation and just how they look. NYX This has to be my second favorite brand! I just love NYX as much as MAC. I love that they have shimmers, matte and glitter shadows to choose from and the formula is just amazing! I wish I could have every color in all the eyeshadows, lol! Victoria's Secret, Wet N Wild, Make, The Balm, Sephora and Elf These are my other eyeshadows that I own. I've only used the Wet N Wild, Sephora,

Brown Box Hair Product Review

Hey guys! I am back with another review on the hair products that my best friend gave to me. Koils By Nature Hydrating Shealoe Conditioner I used this to co-wash my hair. It smelled great but it didn't have good slippage for me to finger detangle my hair. It wasn't too thick but my hair did feel clean after using. I probably wouldn't repurchase it but if it was a little thicker and had better slippage to it, I would. The full size container is 16.00 and you can find it on the company's website. Luscious Locks Shea Butter Hair Mask After washing my hair, I applied this hair mask because my hair was feeling a bit dry before washing it. I loved the thick and smooth texture of this hair mask and it really made my hair feel so soft. I would repurchase this hair mask and it cost 12.00 for the full size and you can find it on their website. Koils By Nature Moisturizing Shealoe Leave-In Conditioner I used this leave-in conditioner before styling my hair and

On a personal note.....Birthday Edition

Well, its past midnight and officially my birthday. I'm not 30 until 11:11am according to my mom, lol! I was so scared at the thought of turning 30 and leaving my 20s. I had some really great times in my 20s. I got to experience the college life and meet all kinds of new and interesting people, been out in the real world working and trying to find my way, became a mom and just experienced a lot out there. I don't like that fact of getting older but things can only get better hopefully from here. Plus, I still look so young so I can get away with not looking older anyway lol. But I'm just happy to see 30 and have what I do have in my life. I know that I really need to get it together and push to get to where I thought I would be at 30. I believe that I have grown up a lot and have been learning from all the mistakes I've been making. I think I know better about most situations and just have more sense. I hope 30 brings new and exciting things into my life and just contin

Mini Drugstore Haul

I was getting my eyebrows done the other day and there is Walgreens next to the salon and decided to stop in. I didn't want to go crazy because I'm saving my money for IMATS this year and I picked up these three items. Rimmel Lasting Finish Pro Nail Polish in Hard Metal I was drawn to the beautiful blue-silver color of the polish. I've never seen a color like that before and it was sale for 1.97 and I couldn't beat that. I've never tried Rimmel polish before and honestly didn't even know they sold nail polish. I probably didn't see it when I was in the stores.  L'oreal Magic Smooth Souffle Blush in Angelic I thought this would be an interesting product to try out. It was also on sale for 6.99 and I love the peach color. Its a cream blush which should be very interesting because I only have one other one by NYX. So hopefully I will enjoy this blush. My Highlight, Concealer and Bronzer Collection

Hey guys! Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend! I am back with my January All About Makeup series with the products that I use the highlight, conceal and my bronzers! Highlight Mac Iridescent Loose Powder in Golden Bronze I never really used any products to highlight before I started watching You Tube. I had no clue what highlighting was anyway lol! This was one of the first products that I picked up to try out and I love it so much! A little bit goes a long way with this powder and it is so pretty when the light hits your skin. Benefit Cosmetics Watts Up I completely forgot I had this product. I received this last year for my birthday from Sephora. It was a set with They're Real mascara and I really do like this as a highlight. I've only used it a few times but it has an easy application and it look so pretty. I would purchase a full size when I use this sample. The Balm Mary-Lou Manizer I received this in a Birchbox and haven't given it a try yet but I
