Happy Sunday!! Currently about to finish some laundry and cleaning and get my son ready to go back to school tomorrow!! I hope everyone has enjoyed their weekend so far. I recently posted about making more commitments and sticking to them this year. One of those things is working out more consistently. Last month I tried doing the 30 day Ab and Squat challenge...again and failed miserably. I haven't been to the gym in I don't know how long and feel myself getting out of shape. I was going through some pictures and found this. I purchased these fitness DVD's over a year or two ago and I only used them for about a week or so then stopped. Starting tomorrow I will be using these for the rest of the month and taking myself to the gym on my days off. I know it's going to hard and I'll want to give up but I need to just remind myself that I made this commitment and I want to be in better shape.
