Spring 2018 Fashion Trends

I really want to have more fashion inspired post on here. I love looking at what is trendy each season and try to incorporate some of those trends. Today I'll be highlighting some of my favorite trends this Spring. I love these editorial images that I found! White Boots This is the trend I'm most excited to try! I have been seeing a lot of people rocking this trend and it looks so cute! I think it would go with just about everything I have in my closet. I have been trying to find a pair but I'm having trouble finding them in my size (big feet problems lol). I have an idea for a future post if I can get my hands on them lol. Transparent It seems like this trend never goes away but always reinvents itself. The big thing I am seeing is the see through shoes and boots. I don't think I would dive into this one but I like how others are creating looks with it. Dark Denim Sets I really like this trend and would wear it. I don't think I've had...

Fall Fashion Trends 2017

I keep saying it but I'm going to speak it into existence, I'm going to New York Fashion Week one of these days. It has always been a dream of mine to go and I always miss when it is or have a conflicting schedule but I'm determined to get there. Speaking of fashion, I wanted to share some of my favorites Fall Fashions trends I've seen floating around.  Plaid Image taken from the web I feel like plaid is one of those classic patterns that is always in style. It may not be in the forefront but you always see it. I love plaid, I don't wear it often but I just love how you can dress it up or down, be casual or dressy with it. I would normally wear a plaid button up shirt but would like to venture into different pieces. Sleepwear  When I first saw people doing this, I wasn't a fan but the more I saw different versions, I started to like it. I like this trend when it is done right. I feel like this can be worn on a night out, something you ...

Spring Fashion Trends

For many years I would say that I'm going to NYFW and then forget when it is lol! One day I'm going to make it there lol! Speaking of fashion, today I'm going to share a few Spring Fashion trends that I will most likely be wearing this season. (Images taken from the web) Vibrant Stripes I love wearing bright and bold colors when it gets warmer outside. This trend is super fun and such a statement. You can wear this in the office with a bold striped button up or out on the town with a maxi dress.  One Shoulder I really think this trend is super cute and flirty. I have seen many versions of the one should trend over the years and this one seems to be my favorite. I would probably wear this with a top or dress.  Slogan T-Shirts I know these have been around forever and this trend to me will never go out of style. There are so many slogans out there, it is hard to keep up with all of them. I do have a few myself and I love how you can dress th...

Fashion Series Update

I'm going to say sometime last year I started a couple fashion series on here. I really wanted to get into doing my fashion post and seeing where it would go. I got into it and slowly they became far and wide lol. I know I left a few without following up and would like to start them up again. If you remember, I had Piecing Together and What Goes With This. Piecing Together was finding an outfit on my Pinterest and trying to piece it together as best as I could. What Goes With This was posting an article of clothing that I had trouble matching with something. I would ask you guys for some ideas and go out and find something to pair with that item. I've had the clothes for this series for a while but as I said, just got away from them. I do more outfit of the day pictures on my Facebook and Instagram accounts. For Piecing Together, here is the last post I did  HERE!  It took me a while to find an all nude color dress but finally tracked one down. I also put a spin on how I r...

What Goes With This??

Happy Sunday!! I hope everyone has enjoyed the weekend and ready for the work week! It has been a while since I did a post in this series but I found this piece of clothing that I had nothing to go with it. To give you a little refresher about this series, I would post an article of clothing and ask for your opinion on what to pair with it. I would go out with your suggestions and put an outfit together. I picked this skirt up on the clearance rack in Macy's. I thought it was so cute and really thought I had something to wear with it. When I got home, it was a different story. So I need your help on what to pair with this skirt. Here are pictures of it in natural light and with a flash. Natural Light With Flash This skirt comes a little bit past my calves and it very figure fitting. It is white with an overlay of a light brown snake print. So, What Goes With This?? I hope you enjoy the week and see you Thursday. Have you checked out my previous post, ...

Sunday Fashions: Just Fab Subscription

Happy Sunday!! My son's birthday party was a success yesterday and everyone had a good time including the birthday boy. I just can't get over having a four year old now! Well today is another purchase from Just Fab. If you don't know about them, it is a monthly subscription service that just started out with shoes but now has expanded to clothing, jewelry and bags! You would fill out a survey about your style and every month, a stylist will come up with a couple pairs of shoes you can choose from. You can choose a pair that was picked or shop around in the store. The service is 39.95 a month and you don't have to purchase every month but you have to remember to skip the month or you will be charged. Here is the pair that I decided to get last month. I have been on the hunt for a leopard/cheetah print shoe for a while. When I saw these, I couldn't resist and had to to get them. These cute shoes are called Thandi and are leopard print booties. They are very comf...
