Mini Drugstore Haul

I was getting my eyebrows done the other day and there is Walgreens next to the salon and decided to stop in. I didn't want to go crazy because I'm saving my money for IMATS this year and I picked up these three items.

Rimmel Lasting Finish Pro Nail Polish in Hard Metal

I was drawn to the beautiful blue-silver color of the polish. I've never seen a color like that before and it was sale for 1.97 and I couldn't beat that. I've never tried Rimmel polish before and honestly didn't even know they sold nail polish. I probably didn't see it when I was in the stores.

L'oreal Magic Smooth Souffle Blush in Angelic

I thought this would be an interesting product to try out. It was also on sale for 6.99 and I love the peach color. Its a cream blush which should be very interesting because I only have one other one by NYX. So hopefully I will enjoy this blush.

Fergie by Wet N Wild Vicious Varnish High Shine Lip Stain in Global Fierceness

I've always wanted to try the line Fergie has with Wen N Wild and I saw a few new products that were out. I really haven't used many lip stains before and was very interested in trying this one out. They had many pretty colors to choose from and I got this dark pink color.

That is it for my mini drugstore haul. What new products have you picked up recently? Comment and let me know!

  3. ooh thats a pretty polish! I have never tried any Rimmel polish either but I do prefer 5free polishes since I have experienced yellowing and my nails thinning out from some polishes before. That lip gloss is pretty, I have been loving her line so far.

Sometimes its hard.....

You know when you keep thinking of something and you just feel like you have to get it out? That was me before sitting down to write this post. I had something else planned to write but I kept thinking...sometimes its hard and it just evolved from there. We all heard the sayings, life isn't fair, life is hard and so on. Sometimes life can be hard but we don't experience it for long. There are so many things that I want to do but I know I can't do a million things at once. I can't just pick and go anymore, I'm someone's parent now. There are times I want to but I know things have to be planned out now. I will get to those place I want to go, just have to be patient and plan it out. It seems like we focus so much on what is hard about life that we forget about the easy stuff. We forget sometimes about all the good things that happen and to be grateful for getting through those rough patches. You may not like your living situation but you have a roof over ...

On a personal note....Update on Blogging and Personal Goals

Happy Football Sunday!! I hope everyone has been enjoying the weekend and getting ready to celebrate Thanksgiving!! I can't believe it is this week! I can't wait to spend time with family! I thought about giving an update to the personal and blogging goals I set for myself last year with the Resolute Beauty Blogger series. You can check out my results post  HERE!!  I completed this in May of this year so let's see how I've been doing since then. Blogging Goals 1. Attend A Blogging Event- Since then I have not attended another event. I was so happy when I did find my one event to attend. I have been keeping in contact with those bloggers I met and reading their blogs. I have been finding events but there are scheduling conflicts. I hope to find another one very soon. 2. Set A Blogging Schedule- I am still sticking to my Sunday, Thursday and every other Friday schedule. It has been really working with my hectic schedule I already have. 3. Change Up Current Style-...

No Buy is Officially Over!!

Yay!! I survived 2 months without a single makeup purchase!! I am so proud of myself and knew I had the will power to do it!! It really helped me staying out of Sephora, Ulta and Mac, the usual places that get me in trouble lol! When I went into Target or Walmart, I wouldn't even go near the makeup section. Funny thing is, I haven't run to the store yet to purchase anything on my wish list yet but I will soon. You can see what is on my wish list here.  After organizing my makeup, I realized I have a lot of products that I don't use and need to try out soon. I'm going to try to really shop my stash before running out and buying something new. Maybe next time, I will go for a 3 month no buy!! Have you successfully completed a no buy? What is currently on your wish list? Comment below and let me know!! ~** Drea Notes**~ We went to the beach today and I'm so glad we did! It was such a fun day with the family!! I'm trying to get back to working out lol!  ...
