Jesse's Girl Cosmetics Review

Happy Tuesday!! This post is going to be a review on the Jesse's Girl Cosmetics that I purchased at IMATS in April. If you watch Julie G. on You Tube, you may recognise some of these beauty items that she uses.  I have been using these products and some of them made it into my August Favorites. This post is going to be picture heavy and a little long just to warn you. So let's get into the reviews.

Jesse's Girl Eye Shadow Primer

I am pretty picky when it comes to primers, especially eye shadow ones. I want my look to stay pigmented all day and not crease at all. I have tried quite a few primers and this one by Jesse's Girl is in my top 3 primers that I love so much lol. I love using this under my Mac Paint Pot and my shadows do not go anywhere. They don't crease at all and stay pigmented all day. Here is a swatch of the primer.

Jesse's Girl Liquid Eyeliner

I love liquid liner that come in a pen form. They are easy for me to use and draw my liner on as straight as I can get it lol. I absolutely love this liquid liner! The pointed applicator makes it easy to draw precise lines and is great for beginners.

Once you apply this liner, it does not go anywhere or fade! It stays black and pigmented until you remove it. Another great thing about this eyeliner is that it is waterproof so you won't see it running down your face if your eyes get watery.

Jesse's Girl Runway Collection Eyeshadows in Los Angeles

I got this cute little palette in my gift bag for being one of the first 100 people to come over the booth. I was happy to use this because of the neutral colors. This is great for wearing everyday and small enough to carry with you everywhere. These shadows are a bit pigmented but you can really build them up.

L to R: Apricot Beige (Pearl Finish), Dusty Rose (Satin Finish) and Rich Chocolate Brown (Matte Finish)

Jesse's Girl Lipstick in & Ginger

This lipstick was also in my little gift bag and also part of Julie G.'s Valentine's Day collection. She has paired nail polishes and lipsticks together named after famous couples. This one is from Fred & Ginger. I was a little afraid of this color at first, I thought it was going to be too bright. I paired it with a liner and loved the color. It is perfect for Spring and Summer. It has a great wear time and didn't feel drying at all. It looks like a matte, maybe satin finish, I'm not too sure lol! I didn't take any pictures of myself wearing it but here is a swatch. It is such a pretty color.

Jesse's Girl Pure Pigment Eye Dust

I don't know what took me so long to try these eye pigments out but they are amazing!! They are so pigmented and just gorgeous color pay off. I love the container that they come in, it makes it impossible to spill any of it. There are three small holes and you would shake it or swipe your brush over them to use the pigment. There is pretty much no fall out when you do use these which is great. I can't wait to get some more when I finish with these first lol.

Cafe Au Lait

This a great everyday pigment. It is a light golden color that is just gorgeous, it my favorite so far.

Flambe

I love the deep pinkish-red color of this pigment. I don't own anything like this and just a beautiful color, perfect for Fall.

Peek-A-Boo

I was expecting this to be a bright pink pigment but it surprised me! This is actually an iridescent pigment with pink, blue and purple tones in it. This is a very unique color.

(L to R: Cafe Au Lait, Peek-A-Boo and Flambe)

So that is it for this review on the Jesse's Girl products. You can find these items at your local Rite Aid or on the Jesse's Girl website. Everything is so affordable and just amazing quality. Have you tried any of these products? What were your thoughts? Comment below and let me know!!

Make Beauty Review*

Happy Friday beauty lovers! I hope you have been enjoying Winter again lol! I hope Mother Nature gets it together soon lol. Today I am bringing you another review powered by BrandBacker! *I was sent these products for testing purposes and this is my opinion after using. Let's get into the reviews! *Powered By BrandBacker* I was pretty excited when I was picked for this campaign. I have tried a Make Beauty eyeshadow before and loved it. Honestly, I was expecting the samples to be a little bigger. I was a little disappointed in the lipstick sample, it was hard to use. It kept breaking when I was trying to apply it. Make Beauty is a very new company to me that I was introduced to through Birchbox.  They have just about everything from eyeshadows to contour kits. They also have a line for skincare as well. Alabaster Eyeshadow This shadow on the Make Beauty site is described as a soft eggshell with peach undertones. This shadow is a matte and can be used as a brow

Naturalle Drea Is.....

I have been back and forth about this for a while. The end goal of this blog and my brand that I'm trying to build is success. I have been just trying to figure out my next moves and what steps to take next. This particular move scared me a bit but I feel like I need to take that step out of faith and fully jump into this. You know the saying, if your dreams don't scare you, they are not big enough.  Starting August 2nd, Naturalle Drea is will be moving to Word Press and officially naturalledrea.com! I am excited for this move and so thankful for those who started this journey here with me! I started this platform as outlet for myself to talk about the things I love and I have grown and learned so much from when I started over 4 years ago. I didn't know what I was getting myself into when I first started but I fell in love with writing and creating content. I never thought I would start a Youtube channel either and I love creating videos (except for editing late at nig
