Pantone Color of The Year- Radiant Orchid

Hey guys! Hope everyone is enjoying these extra weeks of Winter, thanks to a certain groundhog!! February is all about Fashion and this post is going to be on the color of the year! I had no clue that there was a color of the year until I was in Sephora last year. I saw all these great products that were in the color Emerald. I purchased a nail polish ( that I haven't used yet) and eyeliner (that looks amazing)! The Pantone website describes Radiant Orchid as " An enchanting harmony of fuchsia, purple and pink undertones, Radiant Orchid inspires confidence and emanates great joy, love and health. It is a captivating purple, one that draws you in with its beguiling charm.” (www.pantone.com)

I think this is such a beautiful color and you will see it a lot in the upcoming Spring and Summer. I think that it will bring bright, bold floral patterns for a lot of clothing and would be an amazing color for beauty products. I hope to get my hands on something with this color because it's just gorgeous!

Stayed tuned for the Winter trends that I have been loving and my predictions for what trends will be here for Spring and Summer!

Kinda glad I didn't work today due to the snow, got some housework done and had great family time
Why did the groundhog predict more winter weather? Does he ever see an early spring?
And I didn't start the squat challenge on time, epic fail, lol! I'll get it together!

Morphe Brush Review

Happy Tuesday!! Just can't believe Christmas is next week!! Did you get all your shopping done? I did for the most part, now it's just putting things together lol!! Well this post is going to be a review on Morphe brushes. I'm sure you have heard the name and seen some of your favorite makeup artist using them. I purchased these at IMATS back in April and have been loving them. I already want to purchase more. So let's get into the reviews.

Eyes

(M411- Pointed Blender and M200-Deluxe Crease)
It is always important to blend, blend blend your makeup!! I do have a few blending brushes but I wanted to have a few backups when I clean them. I love how soft these brushes are and how well they blend out eye shadows. I mainly use the Pointed Blender(black bristles) for the the outer crease and the deluxe crease(brown bristles) for right above my lid.

I normally don't set my foundation with a powder and wanted to start doing s…

I can't get over the fact that October is here and it still feels like Summer. We had a brief Fall weekend but Summer was like Nope, I'm still hanging around lol! Today I am sharing my September Favorites with a special guest. My son has been wanting to film with me for a while so I decided to let him in on the video. Be prepared to laugh!

You guys may see another appearance from my son, he is so silly and full of energy lol! I think I forgot to mention some favorites but you'll see them next month. What products have you tried? What were your thoughts? See you guys Thursday!

Have you tried the new Starbucks drink? It seems like it is missing something, like it needed to be sweeter or needed some saltiness.
They recently opened a Zara in the mall near me! It is so nice in there, I only purchased one dress.

Fro Butter Emu Oil Review

Well I guess Summer is still trying to hold on lol. I was about to pack away all the Summer clothes but I should leave them out I guess. I'll go through all my Fall wardrobe in the meantime to see what I'll need when the weather gets cooler. Today I am sharing my review on Fro Butter Emu Oil.

I don't know if I told you guys but I am one of Fro Butter's ambassadors for the next 6 months! I was so excited when I got the email about being chosen. You will be seeing post about their products more on here and my Instagram.
A little background on this company before we hop into the review:
Fro Butter is a Black Owned Business started in 2012 by owners Susana Stewart and Caroline Maina. They were in the market for affordable and organic hair products and it all started from there.
I was introduced to this product last year when I received it in my Onyx Box. I really loved the product and so did my husband and son lol. Taken directly from the site, the Emu Oil is designed…
