Hey guys! I have really focused this time and for the third time I am going to complete the 30 Squat and Ab Challenges!! Hey, maybe third time will be the charm lol! I always get through a week and a half and get too busy, forget to do it and I get so far behind that I just give up on it. We are about to go in March and hopefully the warm weather will come. I want to be looking good when Spring and Summer hit and also want to be in a bathing suit when we hit the beach. My crazy work schedule doesn't give me much time for the gym so I have to try to find other ways of working out. I am going to start with this and build on it. I did start both challenges on Monday and I am determined to finish them both. I should of taken a before picture but I will check in half way through and again when completed. Wish me luck!!
