Hey guys! Hope everyone is ready for more snow. Oh joy! Lol! This post is going to be a review on a few products that I have previously purchased and have used.
Nature's Bounty Extra Strength Hair, Skin & Nails Biotin Vitamins
I was reading about the all the hype about how wonderful biotin vitamins are a few months ago. It couldn't hurt to give them a try and see for myself. I got these at Target and they were 14-15 dollars. I will honestly say, I did notice a difference in my hair, skin and nails. I am so bad when it comes to remembering to take any kind of pill. I had to set an alarm on my phone so I could remember. You had to take three pills a day with food and they were pretty small so it was easy to take them. I should of taken before and after pictures but I noticed that my hair did grow a bit and become more full. My skin looked pretty good, it stayed clear and just looked refreshed. My nails were a different story. I have such a hard time trying to grow them. They are always breaking, chipping, cracking, you name it. They didn't grow as much as I thought they would but they seemed a bit stronger. I would try biotin again, maybe a different brand but I would say they do give positive results.
Colgate Optic White Toothpaste and Mouthwash
I am a big coffee drinker and its hard to keep my teeth white. I always wanted to have like bright white teeth, I have come close to it. I saw this in Target and decided to give it a try. Both products were 2.99 each which wasn't bad at all. It said that it was supposed to help whiten your teeth in 4 weeks and I saw a little bit of a difference. I used both products in the morning and at night as it stated in the directions. There was a toothbrush that was suggested to use but I didn't purchase it. I think if I would of cut back on the coffee and tea I would of seen a better result. I may pick this up again, not too sure but it was great to try it out.
So that concludes my review on these health products. Have you tried any of these products? Comment and let me know.

~ ** Drea Notes**~
Glad I don't have to work tomorrow, get to enjoy more family time but not looking forward to the hours of The Wiggles, lol!
I hope the snow doesn't interfere with our Valentine's Day plans Friday.
I think I want another tattoo soon, I have two small ones already.
I've tried that Colgate line through Influenster and did see a difference with my teeth I unfortunately didn't repurchase because I have sensitive teeth too so I went back to Sensodyne...I have also tried a supplement to keep my hair healthy, I recently just wrote a review on it, Vibrance Vitamins for Hair Growth, and I like it. I haven't repurchase it because I didn't like how big the capsule was but if I see my hair starting to get brittle I would be buying it again.
ReplyDeleteThanks for reading Jackie! I did see your review on the Vibrance Vitamins. I was looking to check Hairfinity because I keep hearing so much about it but I did like the biotin vitamins!
