Brown Box Hair Product Reviews

So I'm back with reviews on the hair products that my best friend gave me. I'm going to call the series Brown Box Hair Product Reviews. I recently washed my hair this weekend and used these products on my hair.

Ori Essentials Cleansing Conditioner

This product was a cowashing cleanser for my hair. It was a suds free cleanser that help remove residue from styling and helps maintain your curly hair. This smelled so good, like coconuts and felt airy like a mouse. It wasn't very thick but got the job done. I would repurchase if it was a bit thicker and had more slip to make it easier to finger detangle my hair. Overall, I did enjoy this cowashing conditioner and loved the way my hair felt afterwards. They website hasn't launched yet to check the price point of this product. I believe this is a full size bottle.

Hi.Pro.Pac Extremely Damaged Hair Intense Protein Treatment

After washing my hair, I used this deep conditioner on my hair. My hair was feeling dry and desperately needed something. I loved the thick texture of this conditioner and it really helped my dry hair. I applied it to my hair and left it on for 15 minutes then rinsed. My hair felt so soft and was so manageable after using this. I would most definitely repurchase this product to use. I believe I could get two uses out of the packet which is 1.99. After using both products, my hair just smelled like freshly washed hair, lol.

Cavier Curls Velvet Leave-In Detangler

After I let my hair dry a bit, I used this Leave-In detangler in my hair. It helps eliminate tangles and knots in your hair and helps against breakage. I felt this could be a leave-in conditioner too. It did help a bit when I was sectioning my hair to style and helped keep it feeling soft and conditioned. I'm not sure if I would repurchase this but I did enjoy using it. My hair doesn't get that tangled anymore but I should keep this handy just in case. This is a full size bottle and the price point it 13.99.

Eco Custard Styling Cream

I normally twist my hair and let it set overnight. When I do, I use a styling cream to help keep my style for a few days and to define my curls. This styling cream did the job ( I need to post a picture of hair, that would help lol) and I loved how my hair felt the next day. My hair is now on day 2 and still looks good. I like that this doesn't have that hard hold to my hair and its still soft. I would most likely repurchase this but I'm still loving my Shea Moisture Curling Gel. This is a full size product for 4.99.

Carol's Daughter Refresher Spray

Okay so last week my hair was looking so crazy!! I didn't get a chance to wash it and I was kinda in a rush to get to work. I used this on my hair and it worked a miracle!! My curls came back into place, they felt so soft and stayed all day. I so love this stuff so much!! I know now I have a go to product that will help my crazy looking hair when I'm in a rush!! I will most definitely repurchase this product. This was a full size product and well worth the 18.00!!

I will be back soon with this series when I use something else.

Taking a break.......

On Tuesday I did mention that I had some exciting news to share. I have been working part time for a while and searching like crazy for full time work. I was starting to get a little frustrated but never gave up. Well a full time opportunity came up at my current job and I am now full time status!!! I was just so overjoyed and thankful. I will have a more stable income, I can go back to school and start to make some moves. Then I started to get a little overwhelmed. How was I going to juggle being a full-time working mom, grad student, blogger and balance everything else. It has been a while since I had a full time schedule and based my blogging schedule around my days off during the week. I start my full time hours next week and just need to take a small break away from Naturalle Drea. I really didn't want to because I love this so much but I need to see how to handle everything. I will most likely change my blogging schedule around. Thank you to those who have been encouraging to...

Updated: How I currently store my makeup

Hey guys! Back in January, I took everyone through my entire, well majority of my makeup collection. I showed how I used to store my makeup. You can see that original post  here.  I had everything stored in my empty Birchboxes. It was working for a while until I went to two makeup shows and I didn't have a place for everything! As I was cleaning one day, I saw that had this tall storage bin with stuff that I don't even use anymore and thought it would be a great place to store all my makeup and still have it organized. Here is a picture of where my makeup is currently stored. I believe I purchased this 7 drawer unit at Walmart years ago and glad I kept it! It has come in handy. I'll take you through what is in each drawer. I'll start with the top of the unit where all my brushes, setting sprays (that I haven't used yet lol), OCC lip tars( I couldn't find anything to store them in but that red cup lol. I'll have to decorate it later.) and other items...

Sometimes its hard.....

You know when you keep thinking of something and you just feel like you have to get it out? That was me before sitting down to write this post. I had something else planned to write but I kept thinking...sometimes its hard and it just evolved from there. We all heard the sayings, life isn't fair, life is hard and so on. Sometimes life can be hard but we don't experience it for long. There are so many things that I want to do but I know I can't do a million things at once. I can't just pick and go anymore, I'm someone's parent now. There are times I want to but I know things have to be planned out now. I will get to those place I want to go, just have to be patient and plan it out. It seems like we focus so much on what is hard about life that we forget about the easy stuff. We forget sometimes about all the good things that happen and to be grateful for getting through those rough patches. You may not like your living situation but you have a roof over ...
