Textured Nail Polishes

Hey guys, I'm back with my review on textured nail polishes. It's crazy how tomorrow is New Year's Eve and then we welcome in 2014! I asked these questions with each polish: -How many coats? -What does the polish feel like? -Is is easy to remove? -Would I use it again? I can say that it only took two coats for each polish and all of them were very easy to remove. Maybelline Color Show Vintage Leather in Classic Camel I purchased these after seeing them Miss Jen Fabolous talk about them on her YouTube channel. These were Limited Edition and are no longer available in stores but maybe you can find them online. I thought they were suppose to look and feel a lot like leather but to me they are just a sort of matte finish. The polish felt very smooth like leather would. I would most likely use them again. DIY Gel Manicure Results

Happy Holidays! I'm on the road (not driving) to visit family. So on Sunday I tried out the DIY Gel Manicure with Nutra Nail and Essie 3way Glaze. Sad to say it only lasted about 3 days. I started to see small chipping after a day!! I'm kinda disappointed because I read that some people that tried this manicure, theirs lasted for about a week. So maybe I will try out the Nutra Nail kit and see how that works. I will be back soon with reviews on textures nail polish.

Brown Box Hair Product Review

I am back with another review on this Brown Box Hair Product series. On Sunday I used Mixed Chicks shampoo, deep conditioner and leave-in conditioner. I loved the way all three products worked together and left my hair feeling soft and very manageable. I'll start with the shampoo first. A little bit of this product goes a long way. You only need about a quarter size amount and it lathers up very nicely. It did the job of cleansing my hair and didn't leave it feeling rough or tangled. The deep conditioner was pretty thick and you didn't really need a lot for your hair and it had great slip for finger detangling. Lastly the leave-in conditioner really helped moisturize my hair and made it feel so soft. I would definitely repurchase these products. You can find Mixed Chicks at most drugstores like Target and online. The price points for each full size product is - Shampoo:14.99 ,Deep Conditioner:10.99 and Leave-In Conditioner:16.99. I also used Original Sprout Tahitian Hair O...

DIY Gel Manicure~ Nutra Nail and Essie

I am back with another DIY Manicure. This one is from Pinterest and I used the Gel Activator from the Nutra Nail Gel Perfect Kit and Essie's 3 Way Glaze. Now I searched for how to exactly apply each layer but I could not find very detailed directions so I just used my own judgment. First I applied a thin layer of the Nutra Nail, then applied a layer of Essie 3 Way Glaze, two coats of polish and finished with 3Way Glaze. It was pretty easy to do and I hope this lasts for a while. I used OPI Just A Little Rosti At This and Orly Tiara. I will be back with the results. Have you tried this DIY manicure or any of these nail products? Let me know!

DIY Gel Manicure

This so far is my favorite DIY Gel Manicure. It last on my nails for 7-8 days before I see any major chipping. I have one or two more manicures to try but this by far is the best one. You can find both Gelous and Out The Door at Sally's or you can find Out The Door at Walmart. With this manicure you would apply a coat of the Gelous and let it set for a few minutes, then apply a second coat and let that set for 3-4 minutes. Then you would apply your color and let it set for about 5 minutes, put another coat of Gelous and let that set for 4-5 minutes, apply another coat of polish and let it set and then apply the top coat. It is so easy to do and really doesn't take that long to dry. The next DIY Gel Manicure that I will be trying will be up sometime this weekend.

Drugstore,High End or in the middle polishes???

Hey guys! I'm back with more of my nail polish collection. These polishes that I'm about to review, I'm unsure what category they belong in. Hopefully you guys can help me out and let me know what you think. China Glaze- Price Point 6.79-7.50 Now you can find China Glaze in the drugstore like Target or in a high end store like Ulta and the price varies. I think that China Glaze is right in the middle. I love the range of colors they have and like how the formula is. The polish stays on for a while and just looks so good. And I just realized after taking this picture that I forgot a polish or two from China Glaze lol. Victoria's Secret- Price Point 10.00 I got these polishes during the semi-annual sale and I think they have changed the bottles since then. I haven't tried the polishes out yet but wonder how they would rank. You can only find them at Victoria's Secret and haven't heard anyone really talk about them. I should give them a try to see how...

The Packaging Items Lipstick- Pleasure Bomb Eyeliner- Cockiness Nail Polish- Ri Ri Woo Swatches of Pleasure Bomb and Cockiness Did you guys get anything from this collection? Let me know.
