Fall Fashion Trends 2017

I keep saying it but I'm going to speak it into existence, I'm going to New York Fashion Week one of these days. It has always been a dream of mine to go and I always miss when it is or have a conflicting schedule but I'm determined to get there. Speaking of fashion, I wanted to share some of my favorites Fall Fashions trends I've seen floating around.

Plaid

Image taken from the web

I feel like plaid is one of those classic patterns that is always in style. It may not be in the forefront but you always see it. I love plaid, I don't wear it often but I just love how you can dress it up or down, be casual or dressy with it. I would normally wear a plaid button up shirt but would like to venture into different pieces.

Sleepwear

When I first saw people doing this, I wasn't a fan but the more I saw different versions, I started to like it. I like this trend when it is done right. I feel like this can be worn on a night out, something you would wear to an event or maybe get away with it during the day.

Powersuits

It seems like this fashion statement has made its way out of the board room and in everyday fashion. I always thought you could only wear a suit to work but you can dress like a boss anyday. I love how you can mix and match patterns, wear it casually or dressed up and wear different styles. I would love to rock this out and about.

Sheer

Now this is a bit of a throwback for me. I'm kinda showing my age but I remember when everyone was rocking something sheer, tops and bottoms. It seems like the trend is back and I am loving how people are wearing it. You can be subtle or just all out bold with a sheer top, dress or pants.

Statement Shirts

This is also another trend that never goes out of style, just the type of statement changes. With everything going on, people are more into wearing how they feel or what they want to say without actually vocally saying anything. Sometimes I am stand offish on wearing some of my shirts but really shouldn't be.

Deconstructed Wear

I think this trend is super cute! I've been seeing how everyone has been wearing the button up shirts off the shoulder, to the side and thought it is so cute. This trend can be super casual or super dressed up.

I need to get back into more fashion post on here and will have some coming up soon. What are some of your favorites trends this Fall? Have a great weekend and see you guys Tuesday!!

Sometimes its hard.....

You know when you keep thinking of something and you just feel like you have to get it out? That was me before sitting down to write this post. I had something else planned to write but I kept thinking...sometimes its hard and it just evolved from there. We all heard the sayings, life isn't fair, life is hard and so on. Sometimes life can be hard but we don't experience it for long. There are so many things that I want to do but I know I can't do a million things at once. I can't just pick and go anymore, I'm someone's parent now. There are times I want to but I know things have to be planned out now. I will get to those place I want to go, just have to be patient and plan it out. It seems like we focus so much on what is hard about life that we forget about the easy stuff. We forget sometimes about all the good things that happen and to be grateful for getting through those rough patches. You may not like your living situation but you have a roof over

Make Beauty Review*

Happy Friday beauty lovers! I hope you have been enjoying Winter again lol! I hope Mother Nature gets it together soon lol. Today I am bringing you another review powered by BrandBacker! *I was sent these products for testing purposes and this is my opinion after using. Let's get into the reviews! *Powered By BrandBacker* I was pretty excited when I was picked for this campaign. I have tried a Make Beauty eyeshadow before and loved it. Honestly, I was expecting the samples to be a little bigger. I was a little disappointed in the lipstick sample, it was hard to use. It kept breaking when I was trying to apply it. Make Beauty is a very new company to me that I was introduced to through Birchbox.  They have just about everything from eyeshadows to contour kits. They also have a line for skincare as well. Alabaster Eyeshadow This shadow on the Make Beauty site is described as a soft eggshell with peach undertones. This shadow is a matte and can be used as a brow
