December Goal Results and January Goals

I have to say, I'm proud of myself for posting everyday this week like I planned. I really don't know how some bloggers do this everyday because it was a lot of work. I was up late nights editing, waiting for stuff to upload, filming and so on. I have a goal of doing Vlogmas next year so I guess this is practice lol. I'm so excited for Christmas and more excited for my Christmas break next week with my son. Let's get into how I made out with my goals this month.

Filter through Twitter Follower and tweet at least twice a week myself (the repost from Instagram don't count lol)

I was going through people that I follow and honestly don't remember requesting to follow some of them lol. I got rid of close to 200 people on my list. Some people posted to the same things, don't tweet anymore, spam accounts and so on. It was hard to keep up with my feed and I really want to utilize Twitter more to my advantage. I have been tweeting more and trying to interact more. I'll get into it.

Upload Two Makeup Tutorials

So I got one of the two up this month and proud of myself. I did have a holiday inspired look planned for today but I need to work on not filming and editing in the same night. It does take a toll when you put up multiple videos during the week. I need to work on my schedule for posting, filming and editing again. There will be more tutorials coming soon!

  3. I give you alot of props for doing the makeup tutorials. I have wanted to do them for so long but they take so much time to film edit etc. I have only ever done one but I am planning to do some in 2017.

Sometimes its hard.....

You know when you keep thinking of something and you just feel like you have to get it out? That was me before sitting down to write this post. I had something else planned to write but I kept thinking...sometimes its hard and it just evolved from there. We all heard the sayings, life isn't fair, life is hard and so on. Sometimes life can be hard but we don't experience it for long. There are so many things that I want to do but I know I can't do a million things at once. I can't just pick and go anymore, I'm someone's parent now. There are times I want to but I know things have to be planned out now. I will get to those place I want to go, just have to be patient and plan it out. It seems like we focus so much on what is hard about life that we forget about the easy stuff. We forget sometimes about all the good things that happen and to be grateful for getting through those rough patches. You may not like your living situation but you have a roof over ...

On a personal note....Update on Blogging and Personal Goals

Happy Football Sunday!! I hope everyone has been enjoying the weekend and getting ready to celebrate Thanksgiving!! I can't believe it is this week! I can't wait to spend time with family! I thought about giving an update to the personal and blogging goals I set for myself last year with the Resolute Beauty Blogger series. You can check out my results post  HERE!!  I completed this in May of this year so let's see how I've been doing since then. Blogging Goals 1. Attend A Blogging Event- Since then I have not attended another event. I was so happy when I did find my one event to attend. I have been keeping in contact with those bloggers I met and reading their blogs. I have been finding events but there are scheduling conflicts. I hope to find another one very soon. 2. Set A Blogging Schedule- I am still sticking to my Sunday, Thursday and every other Friday schedule. It has been really working with my hectic schedule I already have. 3. Change Up Current Style-...

No Buy is Officially Over!!

Yay!! I survived 2 months without a single makeup purchase!! I am so proud of myself and knew I had the will power to do it!! It really helped me staying out of Sephora, Ulta and Mac, the usual places that get me in trouble lol! When I went into Target or Walmart, I wouldn't even go near the makeup section. Funny thing is, I haven't run to the store yet to purchase anything on my wish list yet but I will soon. You can see what is on my wish list here.  After organizing my makeup, I realized I have a lot of products that I don't use and need to try out soon. I'm going to try to really shop my stash before running out and buying something new. Maybe next time, I will go for a 3 month no buy!! Have you successfully completed a no buy? What is currently on your wish list? Comment below and let me know!! ~** Drea Notes**~ We went to the beach today and I'm so glad we did! It was such a fun day with the family!! I'm trying to get back to working out lol!  ...
