Shopping My Beauty Samples

Happy Thursday!! I am loving this warm Fall weather so far. I haven't been in my beauty samples enough lately but I have tried a few that I wanted to share today. Let's get into the reviews.

Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer

Sample Size or Full Size: Sample Size
Box It Came From: Sephora
Price Point: Between $18-72
Review: I got this primer when I redeemed 100 points at Sephora (I'm there a lot lol). I have heard so many things about this primer, I had to try it for myself. I really like the silky texture of this primer and how smooth it goes on. You have to be careful with how much you apply because it can give a white cast on your face. It gives my foundation a nice, flawless look and covers pores very well. I do get very oily in my T-Zone but other than that, I really love this primer. I may invest in the full size but this travel size has a lot of product that will last for a while.

Wei Golden Root Purifying Mud Mask

Sample Size or Full Size: Sample Size
Box It Came From: Birchbox
Price Point: 8 mask for 42.00
Review: I always love getting new facial mask to try out. I thought the packaging on this mask was so cute! There was more than one use in this container which I loved. This mask when on so smooth and made my face feel so soft and looks amazing. I would most likely purchase this again. Here are pictures of the mask and me wearing it lol.

Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic Spritzer

Sample Size or Full Size: Sample Size
Box It Came From: Birchbox
Price Point: 24.50
Review: I tried a cleanser by this brand and really loved it. I figured this toner would be just as amazing and it was. I loved the refreshing scent it had and how it felt when I sprayed it on my face. It gave my skin some extra moisture in a way and I just love it. I would purchase the full size bottle.

Klorane Soothing and Relaxing Patches

Sample Size or Full Size: Full Size
Box It Came From: Ipsy
Price Point: Box of 7 for 21.00
Review: I love trying out masks for the under eye area. I thought there was only one patch in each package but there is a set for both eye areas. Here is what the eye patches looked like.

They went on very easy and I loved the cooling sensation. I did feel very relaxed when I had these patches on. My under eye area looked so refresh and bright after I used them. I would most likely repurchase again. Here is a picture of me wearing them lol.

So that is it for Shopping My Beauty Samples. Have you tried any of these products? What were your thoughts? Comment below and let me know. See you guys Sunday!! Enjoy the weekend!

Sometimes its hard.....

You know when you keep thinking of something and you just feel like you have to get it out? That was me before sitting down to write this post. I had something else planned to write but I kept thinking...sometimes its hard and it just evolved from there. We all heard the sayings, life isn't fair, life is hard and so on. Sometimes life can be hard but we don't experience it for long. There are so many things that I want to do but I know I can't do a million things at once. I can't just pick and go anymore, I'm someone's parent now. There are times I want to but I know things have to be planned out now. I will get to those place I want to go, just have to be patient and plan it out. It seems like we focus so much on what is hard about life that we forget about the easy stuff. We forget sometimes about all the good things that happen and to be grateful for getting through those rough patches. You may not like your living situation but you have a roof over

Make Beauty Review*

Happy Friday beauty lovers! I hope you have been enjoying Winter again lol! I hope Mother Nature gets it together soon lol. Today I am bringing you another review powered by BrandBacker! *I was sent these products for testing purposes and this is my opinion after using. Let's get into the reviews! *Powered By BrandBacker* I was pretty excited when I was picked for this campaign. I have tried a Make Beauty eyeshadow before and loved it. Honestly, I was expecting the samples to be a little bigger. I was a little disappointed in the lipstick sample, it was hard to use. It kept breaking when I was trying to apply it. Make Beauty is a very new company to me that I was introduced to through Birchbox.  They have just about everything from eyeshadows to contour kits. They also have a line for skincare as well. Alabaster Eyeshadow This shadow on the Make Beauty site is described as a soft eggshell with peach undertones. This shadow is a matte and can be used as a brow
