7 Things About Me

1. My favorite color is pink.
2. I was ESPN in college. I cheered for basketball and we had a chance to go to the NCAA tournament. The game was hosted at my school and unfortunately we lost but people saw me on tv!!
3.  I played the Clarinet and was in the marching band in high school.
4. I do not like the taste of coconut.
5. I tried out for the Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleading Squad a few years ago, I only made it through one round.
6. I always wanted to be a hair stylist and have my own salon, I used to give all my dolls hair cuts.
7. If I could eat one food for the rest of my life, it would be french fries! I love them so much!!

I'm not sure if I even know 15 bloggers and I believe everyone I know has already been nominated!

  1. I don't like the taste of coconut either. It's the texture I don't like. I love using the oil for beauty related things and for cooking.
    Bright and Shiny

    1. I love using Coconut Oil to wash the makeup off my face at night and in my hair. Thanks for reading and stopping by!!

  2. Hey Andrea...I enjoyed reading a little more about you. I also love pink (no surprise there lol) I was also a hairdresser and my goal was once to have my own salon.

    Keisha xo

    1. I do come across a lot of people who love the color pink! I always wanted to go to cosmetology school but I just never did. Thanks for reading!

  3. Hey Girl! I love learning more about other bloggers. My cousin Nicole is HUGE on cheerleading. She cheered in Jr High, High School, College, and was an an all star team. She is the cheerleading coach for Curry College. Its her life lol. I too played the clarinet but I sucked and gave it up after a couple years. Thanks for sharing Drea! By the way, are you on bloglovin'? If not, you should sign up so that people can follow you on there.

    1. Yea, I'm still itching to cheer again lol! I have Bloglovin' on my phone but not on there. Is it easy to tranfer posts from here to there?

    2. You don't have to transfer anything. All you do is link your blog to your bloglovin account and everytime you publish a new post, it shows up for your readers to see on their main dashboard. I read 90% of the blogs I follow on there. Its really easy. All the new posts for blogs you follow are all in one place and once you read it, it grays or so that you know youve read it.

    3. Oh that sounds easy enough. Thanks, I think I will do that sometime this week!

Book Review: Dreams Are Built Overnight

Can't believe my birthday is next week, next Monday to be exact! I just want to have a nice, relaxing day. Today I am bringing you another book review (I know, two in one week lol)!

I have to say, I really proud of this guy and everything that he is doing now. I actually went to elementary school with David and he was a pretty cool person(and still is lol). Before this book, he started a company called Sleep Is 4 Suckers which sells apparel with a message behind it. David also expanded into motivational speaking and is a pretty dynamic speaker. I really wanted to support him and read this book because I was really drawn to the title of it.

I honestly did not want to put this book down when I started reading it. I read this book every free moment I had because I really wanted this information to sink in. You can really visualize what David is saying in this book and really picture the message he sharing. He really does drop a lot of amazing knowledge, tips and advice in this book.

Happily Ever Johnson: Registries, Rings and Things

It is crazy how fast this wedding is approaching! I can't believe it is almost February and June will be here before we know it! We have done so much with wedding planning and trying to make sure we have everything covered. First we started with finishing our registries. We started them but it just didn't feel complete. Earlier this month we attended a Sip and Scan event at Macy's. They had representatives from different brands such as Mikasa, Kitchen Aid and All Clad to answer any questions about products and to help you pick out the things you would like to put on your registry. They had a DJ there, passed hors o'derves and mocktails.

Here we are with the scanner having registry fun lol

We didn't have our formal or everyday dinnerware on the registry and finally picked those out. It was hard trying to decide what to go with. For everyday, I was looking for something that was durable since we have a 5 year old and dishware that was going to last. For our formal di…
