Raw Vegan Diet for Two Weeks
Well, my fiance and I did this for about a week and after reading up on it, I did my own twist. I could not eat cold stuff for that long lol. I went out to my local Trader Joe's and Whole Foods and found some great healthy snacks and food. It was kind of hard coming up with meals to eat but we managed. I just came up with some of the meals on my own and some I saw on Pinterest of course lol! I really enjoyed these meals and just challenging us to eat healthy. We both stuck to it and I would do it again. Maybe next time I'll try the raw vegan part of it lol.
These rainbow carrots were so good!
Soy Ginger Veggies (Brussel Spouts, Broccoli and Sugar Snap Peas) and a side of Sweet Potatoes
Sauteed' Zucchini Noodles with Tomatoes and a side of Honey Ginger Carrots
