~**Drea Notes**~

I'm so happy Spring decided to stay around, I am loving this weather lol!

As much as I loved having my hair straight, I missed my curls and I'm back to being curly!

There have been some good games for the NBA Playoffs. I'm not sure who I want to win yet but it would be nice to see Golden State win again.

  1. I have heard good things about Paula's Choice too. I love coconut oil! Its so great for so many different things. I have never used the cocoa butter stick!

    1. Coconut Oil is amazing and I love how you can use it for so many things! I love the cocoa butter stick, great for dry skin! Thanks for watching Tanya!

  2. I don't mind Golden State winning, they have been really killing it all season! I need more BioDerma that thing is so gentle but removes makeup really well!

    1. I know, I love the BioDerma, its amazing! I hope they can win it too! Thanks for stopping by Jackie!!

Happily Ever Johnson:Tastings and Things

The countdown to this wedding is getting real. April is around the corner and the big day will be here soon! I have starting stressing about the small details and hoping we have everything. We got to do the fun stuff recently, food tasting! I know that was the thing we were both looking forward to. We first had our food tasting at the venue. You were able to bring family members to the tasting and you got to experience the full service during the reception and everything on the menu. I liked that everyone was given a paper with a description of all the menu items so you knew what you were eating and take notes about each dish. I found it helpful to have some other people with us so you got an idea of what the majority of guest would like and different opinions about each dish. We narrowed down what dishes we wanted on our menu and they were all so good!

Us after the tasting

My son was super exciting to do the cake tasting with us! He just wanted lemon cake and wanted us to have lemon…

Spring Fashion Trends

For many years I would say that I'm going to NYFW and then forget when it is lol! One day I'm going to make it there lol! Speaking of fashion, today I'm going to share a few Spring Fashion trends that I will most likely be wearing this season. (Images taken from the web)
Vibrant Stripes
I love wearing bright and bold colors when it gets warmer outside. This trend is super fun and such a statement. You can wear this in the office with a bold striped button up or out on the town with a maxi dress.

One Shoulder
I really think this trend is super cute and flirty. I have seen many versions of the one should trend over the years and this one seems to be my favorite. I would probably wear this with a top or dress.

Slogan T-Shirts
I know these have been around forever and this trend to me will never go out of style. There are so many slogans out there, it is hard to keep up with all of them. I do have a few myself and I love how you can dress them up or down.

Happily Ever Johnson: 3 Months To Go!

*Que screaming and running around like a crazy person*  I can't believe we are three months away from the big day!! It seems like yesterday we just got engaged and started making plans and now it is almost here. I'm not freaking out yet (Lies, I am on the inside lol). I just want to make sure we don't forget anything lol. It seems like it is so easy to forget something when just about everything is going on. I'm getting into the swing of things in my new position and most of my focus seems to be there at the moment but I'm making sure to keep up with everything. I recently met with my coordinators (aka My mom, aunts and cousins) to preview the centerpieces. I'm so thankful for them stepping in and helping with the decor and planning. I'll give you guys a sneak peek at the centerpieces but you won't see the full effect of everything until after the big day.

Of course I drew my inspiration from Pinterest. I have spent so many hours on there and found so m…
