My August Favs!!

Figured I would post my favorites products of the month that I love and would recommend that you guys try! I'm going to start from left to right:

1. NYC Lipstick in Caramel ~I am just getting into the drugstore brands and I'm loving this lipstick!! It's a great neutral shade that I think anyone can wear and it feels great!

2. Victoria Secret High Definition Mascara in Blackest Black ~I picked this up during the semi-annual sale and I'm in love! It came in a box with another mascara but I like this one the best. It really gives my lashes length, doesn't clump and comes off easy at the end of the day. I hope this isn't being discontinued cause I'm definitely going to be repurchasing this one!!

3. Make Facial Primer~ I got in this in one of my Birchboxes and I really like it. I love that it has SPF in it and goes on smooth. It can also worn alone. Your makeup stays on all day and is just an overall great product!

4. Victoria Secret Mega Glow Bronzer~Also picked this up during the semi-annual sale. The only bronzer I ever used was by MAC and I love this one just as much. It really gives you a nice glow and makes you looked sun kissed.

5. Korres Pomegranate Balancing Cream-Gel Moisturizer ~ The employees at Sephora are so helpful and knowledgeable. I'm always in there for different products. My face tends to act funny with moisturizers. My forehead gets oily and most moisturizers make it worse or the rest of my skin gets dry. Korres works really we'll with my skin. My forehead is not so oily and it keeps my skin smooth and moisturized during the day.

6. Sukiface Exfoliate Foaming Cleanser with Lemongrass Extract and Natural Sugar~ Got this product in a Birchbox and it's amazing. Before you apply it to your face, it feels like a scrub but once you start to wash your face it foams up. It's really gentle and not too harsh. It leaves my skin feeling smooth. I'll have to post about my homemade scrub soon!

7. Stila Tinted Moisturizer in Deep ~I haven't had luck with finding a BB cream that matched my skintone. I've tried Maybelline and L'oreal and they were too light. I went into Sephora one day and I was so happy to find this!! It matches me perfectly, very lightweight and is just wonderful. I look like I have a nice glow and just natural looking. It's great when I don't feel like wearing foundation and it was especially great during the summer!

8. Wet N Wild Lipstick in Light Beige Frost~ I've always been afraid of lipsticks that out of my comfort zone of colors to wear. I saw this and decided to take a chance and I love it!! It's like a neutral pink against my complexion and looks great. I've been missing out of these drugstore brands and I'm glad I'm exploring them now!!

9. Almay Liquid Lip Balm in Truffle Kiss~I got a coupon from Target for 2.50 off of this product and decided to give it a try. Of course I went with a safe color but I love it. It goes on smooth, not sticky and stays on for a good while. And it doesn't dry you lips at all!!

We'll that's my August Favorites, I will have September ones soon!! Hope you guys enjoyed and try out those products!!

Sometimes its hard.....

You know when you keep thinking of something and you just feel like you have to get it out? That was me before sitting down to write this post. I had something else planned to write but I kept thinking...sometimes its hard and it just evolved from there. We all heard the sayings, life isn't fair, life is hard and so on. Sometimes life can be hard but we don't experience it for long. There are so many things that I want to do but I know I can't do a million things at once. I can't just pick and go anymore, I'm someone's parent now. There are times I want to but I know things have to be planned out now. I will get to those place I want to go, just have to be patient and plan it out. It seems like we focus so much on what is hard about life that we forget about the easy stuff. We forget sometimes about all the good things that happen and to be grateful for getting through those rough patches. You may not like your living situation but you have a roof over ...

On a personal note....Update on Blogging and Personal Goals

Happy Football Sunday!! I hope everyone has been enjoying the weekend and getting ready to celebrate Thanksgiving!! I can't believe it is this week! I can't wait to spend time with family! I thought about giving an update to the personal and blogging goals I set for myself last year with the Resolute Beauty Blogger series. You can check out my results post  HERE!!  I completed this in May of this year so let's see how I've been doing since then. Blogging Goals 1. Attend A Blogging Event- Since then I have not attended another event. I was so happy when I did find my one event to attend. I have been keeping in contact with those bloggers I met and reading their blogs. I have been finding events but there are scheduling conflicts. I hope to find another one very soon. 2. Set A Blogging Schedule- I am still sticking to my Sunday, Thursday and every other Friday schedule. It has been really working with my hectic schedule I already have. 3. Change Up Current Style-...

Taking a break.......

On Tuesday I did mention that I had some exciting news to share. I have been working part time for a while and searching like crazy for full time work. I was starting to get a little frustrated but never gave up. Well a full time opportunity came up at my current job and I am now full time status!!! I was just so overjoyed and thankful. I will have a more stable income, I can go back to school and start to make some moves. Then I started to get a little overwhelmed. How was I going to juggle being a full-time working mom, grad student, blogger and balance everything else. It has been a while since I had a full time schedule and based my blogging schedule around my days off during the week. I start my full time hours next week and just need to take a small break away from Naturalle Drea. I really didn't want to because I love this so much but I need to see how to handle everything. I will most likely change my blogging schedule around. Thank you to those who have been encouraging to...
