The weekend is almost here! I know that at some point, I need to take a nap during the weekend and relax lol! What are you guys doing this weekend? Today is part 2 of my IMATS post and today is the vlog. I used iMovies to edit this, I could not figure out Final Cut Pro for the life of me lol! I need to go on another makeup no buy, especially after IMATS and Sephora lol. 

I guess I am getting myself ready for Vlogmas this year lol. I'm excited about it but don't think I'll be posting a video everyday but I'll have some kind of schedule. Today I am sharing another day with my son and the Rocky Run my husband and I did last Saturday. It was so cold that day and glad we purchased warmers for our hands and feet. My son had one of those weird weeks were he only had school Monday and Wednesday becuase of the election and teacher convention. I like when I get the chance to take off with him and hang out. He really enjoys that. Last week, he hung out to pick up the packets for the race and I needed him to burn some of that energy. Check out what we did last Thursday! Hope you enjoyed our fun day. I am super excited about this weekend. I'm attending an event and of course I'll be vlogging it but I'm just excited. My son is all excited about Christmas already, he wants to start his list to Santa very soon lol. I always look forward to watching It the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown, such a classic to me and something the whole family can watch. 

I still can't get over that I officially have a 6 year old! It is crazy how that time flew by! This past weekend, I attended the Quintessential Natural Hair Tour. I saw this event on Instagram and immediately purchased a ticket. I was so excited to go. I didn't get too many pictures but did vlog at the event. I really loved that all the vendors at the event were Black Owned Businesses. I got to purchase some new products that I can't wait to try out. You know, in light of what has been going on I am determined to keep up my positive attitude and keep moving forward. There are some thing we cannot control and are out of our hands. Yes things may have not gone the way that you want but our lives will still go on, we still need to be respectful to each other. I never figured how you would get the courage( I guess) up to talk to a camera and walk around with people looking at you. I always wanted to do a vlog and now I have my first one!!! Last month I went to the Living No Lye Tour by Team Natural in New York and decided to vlog my experience. I would love a smaller camera to do that with but I used the one I had in combination with my phone. You will have to grab a snack because it is a bit long but hope you enjoy!!
