Happy Friday! Can you believe Fall is almost here? This post is going to be a review on the new Maybelline SuperStay Better Skin Foundation. *I received this product through Influenster for testing purposes and my opinion is based after using. Let's get into the review. I was really excited when I was chosen for this campaign. I love trying out new makeup products! Directly from the Maybelline site, this foundation  gives an all-day flawless coverage and better-looking skin in 3 weeks. The foundation reduces the appearance of spots, dullness and uneveness and gives you a brighter, more even and stress-free skin. This foundations has an SPF of 15 and contains Actyl C which is a form of Vitamin C.  I received my foundation in the shade Warm Honey. When I first saw it, I thought it was going to be too light for me. Here is a swatch of Warm Honey. We had to use this foundation for three weeks and then do a review on your results. Happy Thursday! Exactly two years ago today, my blog was born. I can't believe two years have gone by so fast. I remember when I first sat down to do this, I had no clue what I was getting myself into or where this was going to take me. I just wanted something of my own where I can talk about everything that I love so much in the beauty world! I was determined to keep going and not give up. Over the past two years, this blog has taught me so much like patience. I'll admit that I am very impatient. It didn't help looking at other fellow bloggers that have been doing this as long as me and having more success. I wondered a lot what I wasn't doing right. I had be patient because things happen when they supposed to and not exactly when I want them to happen. Eventually I will have my shine and gain that success that I really want. Happy Sunday!! My son's birthday party was a success yesterday and everyone had a good time including the birthday boy. I just can't get over having a four year old now! Well today is another purchase from Just Fab. If you don't know about them, it is a monthly subscription service that just started out with shoes but now has expanded to clothing, jewelry and bags! You would fill out a survey about your style and every month, a stylist will come up with a couple pairs of shoes you can choose from. You can choose a pair that was picked or shop around in the store. The service is 39.95 a month and you don't have to purchase every month but you have to remember to skip the month or you will be charged. Here is the pair that I decided to get last month. Happy Sunday!! Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. Back in April I launched What Goes With This series and have pushed the results post back far enough. You can see the original post  HERE!!   Basically I always buy pieces of clothing and don't have anything to go with them when I bring it home. I post the item,ask for suggestions, take those suggestions and hit the stores. I took these pictures myself in my backyard and think I did a pretty good job. Here are the results.
