Futurebiotics Hair, Skin and Nails Review

Happy Tuesday!! Hope everyone had a great weekend. This is going to be on the biotin vitamins I've been taking lately from Futurebiotics.

I started taking biotin sometime last year and have tried two other brands previously. I was in Vitamin Shoppe one day and decided to give these a try. I have been having the hardest time remembering to take these. I am just not a big fan of how big the pills are. I have trouble with swallowing large pills and with these, you have to take them three times a day.

Other than the size of the vitamins, you have to drink LOTS of water with them. I know with any biotin supplement, water is a must but with these it seemed like you had to drink extra. If you didn't drink enough water, you will feel extremely thirsty like you needed to drink an ocean. I made sure to drink plenty of water so I didn't feel that way again. I was taking these on and off for months and every time I started again, my face would break out a little. It would go away after a couple days but I thought that was odd.

It may seem like I don't like these vitamins but I love the results I am getting with them. My nails are strong, not breaking easily and growing nicely. My skin has been clear and looking healthy. My hair has been growing and staying thick and shiny. Overall, these are really good biotin vitamins to try. Maybe you won't experience some of the same things that I did.  You can find these at any health store for about 18.00. I am almost finished this bottle and did repurchase the biotin vitamins that I was using before this but I honestly would get these again.

That is it on this review. Are you taking biotin? What brand are you using? Have you tried Futurebiotic before? Comment below and let me know. Have a great week and see you Friday!!

Sometimes its hard.....

You know when you keep thinking of something and you just feel like you have to get it out? That was me before sitting down to write this post. I had something else planned to write but I kept thinking...sometimes its hard and it just evolved from there. We all heard the sayings, life isn't fair, life is hard and so on. Sometimes life can be hard but we don't experience it for long. There are so many things that I want to do but I know I can't do a million things at once. I can't just pick and go anymore, I'm someone's parent now. There are times I want to but I know things have to be planned out now. I will get to those place I want to go, just have to be patient and plan it out. It seems like we focus so much on what is hard about life that we forget about the easy stuff. We forget sometimes about all the good things that happen and to be grateful for getting through those rough patches. You may not like your living situation but you have a roof over

Naturalle Drea Is.....

I have been back and forth about this for a while. The end goal of this blog and my brand that I'm trying to build is success. I have been just trying to figure out my next moves and what steps to take next. This particular move scared me a bit but I feel like I need to take that step out of faith and fully jump into this. You know the saying, if your dreams don't scare you, they are not big enough.  Starting August 2nd, Naturalle Drea is will be moving to Word Press and officially naturalledrea.com! I am excited for this move and so thankful for those who started this journey here with me! I started this platform as outlet for myself to talk about the things I love and I have grown and learned so much from when I started over 4 years ago. I didn't know what I was getting myself into when I first started but I fell in love with writing and creating content. I never thought I would start a Youtube channel either and I love creating videos (except for editing late at nig

My Blogging and Personal Goals

Hey guys! Lately things have been crazy and hectic and just too crazy. I've been driving myself crazy thinking about too much and stressing out. So I was at work one day and this post popped in my head. I'm setting personal and blogging goals for myself to bring some order to my life and will be doing updates every month for the next 6 months to a year. Let's start with my blogging goals. Set a Blogging Schedule I blog whenever I have a day off or free time and it's always on different days. I want to set a schedule so I can be more prepared and not get behind on posting. I know that life happens and you can't help that sometimes but I feel if I want to be successful at this, I need to be a little more organized. Change Up the Style My blog is still going through changes and will be complete sometime soon. I also want to change the style of my blog a little bit. I've been doing some research and hopefully these are good changes!! Learn More about Blogg
