My Highlight, Concealer and Bronzer Collection

Hey guys! Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend! I am back with my January All About Makeup series with the products that I use the highlight, conceal and my bronzers!

Highlight

Mac Iridescent Loose Powder in Golden Bronze

I never really used any products to highlight before I started watching You Tube. I had no clue what highlighting was anyway lol! This was one of the first products that I picked up to try out and I love it so much! A little bit goes a long way with this powder and it is so pretty when the light hits your skin.

Benefit Cosmetics Watts Up

I completely forgot I had this product. I received this last year for my birthday from Sephora. It was a set with They're Real mascara and I really do like this as a highlight. I've only used it a few times but it has an easy application and it look so pretty. I would purchase a full size when I use this sample.

The Balm Mary-Lou Manizer

I received this in a Birchbox and haven't given it a try yet but I here so many good things about this product from other bloggers. The color looks amazing and it can also be used as an eyeshadow. I will be trying this out soon.

Concealers

Mac Pro Longwear Concealer in NC45

I've heard so much about this concealer and I honestly know why this is one of the best concealers out there. I love that it not too thick and a little bit goes a long way. My under eye area looks so refreshed and bright like I had a full night sleep. I just love this concealer so much!!

Maybelline Fit Me Shine Free Foundation Stick in Toffee Caramel

I received a coupon from Target for 2.00 off for this Fit Me Foundation line when it first launched. I couldn't figure out my shade so I got this to try as a concealer and I really like it. I use this more when I'm in a rush in the mornings. I just swipe it under my eyes and blend with my fingers. It give great coverage and its more of a matte look but I still looked refreshed. Hopefully I can figure out my shade so I can try this as a foundation.

Cover Girl Queen Collection Concealer in Light

This was the first concealer that I purchased ever. I never wore concealer and never knew what it really was until sometime last year. I didn't think I needed it so much but decided to give it a try. I picked this shade all by myself and I was really happy with this concealer until I purchased my Mac one.

Bronzers

Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Bronze in Medium Deep

I got this bronzer in the Beauty Blogger Favorites kit from Sephora and I just love this bronzer. It gives such a nice glow and smells just like chocolate. Its hard not wanting to eat it!! I love that this bronzer doesn't have shimmer to it for times I don't want that shimmer look to my face.

Victoria's Secret Mega Glow Bronzer in Medium/Deep and Heatwave

I picked these bronzers up during the Semi Annual sale and I just love them. They are perfect for the summer time and just overall a great product to have. I don't think Victoria's Secret has these two anymore but I just love the glow they give my face and just how they look on my skin. I believe these are the first bronzers that I've tried out.

Pixi in Summertime

I received this bronzer in my my first Ipsy bag and I've always seen this brand in Target but wasn't too interested in trying them out. I do like this bronzer but it was too light for my complexion. I think I will use this as highlight or mix with another bronzer.

What are your favorite products to use for highlighting, concealing and as a bronzer? Comment and let me know!

  1. I use both of those concealers you mentioned. I really love the Fit Me concealer. And I'm the same way with highlighters. I was clueless when it came to highlighters. I have one at the moment that I need to start wearing. Lol. Great products….Oh I didn't even know bronzers could be used on dark skin Lol. (Don't judge me hahaha). I need to try them out. Great post
