Brown Box Hair Product Review

Hey guys! I am back with another review on the hair products that my best friend gave to me.

Koils By Nature Hydrating Shealoe Conditioner

I used this to co-wash my hair. It smelled great but it didn't have good slippage for me to finger detangle my hair. It wasn't too thick but my hair did feel clean after using. I probably wouldn't repurchase it but if it was a little thicker and had better slippage to it, I would. The full size container is 16.00 and you can find it on the company's website.

Luscious Locks Shea Butter Hair Mask

After washing my hair, I applied this hair mask because my hair was feeling a bit dry before washing it. I loved the thick and smooth texture of this hair mask and it really made my hair feel so soft. I would repurchase this hair mask and it cost 12.00 for the full size and you can find it on their website.

Koils By Nature Moisturizing Shealoe Leave-In Conditioner

I used this leave-in conditioner before styling my hair and it was okay. I loved the smell but it wasn't really thick as I like my leave in conditioners. My hair really didn't stay moisturized and I wouldn't repurchase this product. The full size is 22.00 on their website.

Hawaiian Silky Argan Oil Hydrating Sleek Healing Oil Treatment

I used this oil to seal in the moisture in my hair. I like how the oil smelled and felt in my hair. I probably would repurchase this oil and this is the full size product fro 3.99. It can found in your local beauty supply store or company website.

Phytospecific Moisturizing Styling Cream with Quinoa Oil

I used this styling cream the week before using the other products and forgot to post a review about it. I was very interested in using this product because it contained Quinoa oil. This cream made my hair smell like freshly washed and conditioned hair. I loved the thickness of the cream and how it made my hair feel. I also saw less frizz with my hair after using this product. I would repurchase this and the full size is 28.00 and can be found at Sephora, Ulta and the company website.

Sometimes its hard.....

You know when you keep thinking of something and you just feel like you have to get it out? That was me before sitting down to write this post. I had something else planned to write but I kept thinking...sometimes its hard and it just evolved from there. We all heard the sayings, life isn't fair, life is hard and so on. Sometimes life can be hard but we don't experience it for long. There are so many things that I want to do but I know I can't do a million things at once. I can't just pick and go anymore, I'm someone's parent now. There are times I want to but I know things have to be planned out now. I will get to those place I want to go, just have to be patient and plan it out. It seems like we focus so much on what is hard about life that we forget about the easy stuff. We forget sometimes about all the good things that happen and to be grateful for getting through those rough patches. You may not like your living situation but you have a roof over

On a personal note....Update on Blogging and Personal Goals

Happy Football Sunday!! I hope everyone has been enjoying the weekend and getting ready to celebrate Thanksgiving!! I can't believe it is this week! I can't wait to spend time with family! I thought about giving an update to the personal and blogging goals I set for myself last year with the Resolute Beauty Blogger series. You can check out my results post  HERE!!  I completed this in May of this year so let's see how I've been doing since then. Blogging Goals 1. Attend A Blogging Event- Since then I have not attended another event. I was so happy when I did find my one event to attend. I have been keeping in contact with those bloggers I met and reading their blogs. I have been finding events but there are scheduling conflicts. I hope to find another one very soon. 2. Set A Blogging Schedule- I am still sticking to my Sunday, Thursday and every other Friday schedule. It has been really working with my hectic schedule I already have. 3. Change Up Current Style-

Fall Fashion Trends 2017

I keep saying it but I'm going to speak it into existence, I'm going to New York Fashion Week one of these days. It has always been a dream of mine to go and I always miss when it is or have a conflicting schedule but I'm determined to get there. Speaking of fashion, I wanted to share some of my favorites Fall Fashions trends I've seen floating around.  Plaid Image taken from the web I feel like plaid is one of those classic patterns that is always in style. It may not be in the forefront but you always see it. I love plaid, I don't wear it often but I just love how you can dress it up or down, be casual or dressy with it. I would normally wear a plaid button up shirt but would like to venture into different pieces. Sleepwear  When I first saw people doing this, I wasn't a fan but the more I saw different versions, I started to like it. I like this trend when it is done right. I feel like this can be worn on a night out, something you
