Happy Tuesday!! Hope everyone enjoyed their time with family and friends during the holiday!! I sure did and I need to take long weekends more often. It felt nice not having to worry about setting an alarm, rushing to get ready in the morning and just enjoying the time off. Well here is what I got for Christmas this year and I love everything! Happy Tuesday!! Just can't believe Christmas is next week!! Did you get all your shopping done? I did for the most part, now it's just putting things together lol!! Well this post is going to be a review on Morphe brushes. I'm sure you have heard the name and seen some of your favorite makeup artist using them. I purchased these at IMATS back in April and have been loving them. I already want to purchase more. So let's get into the reviews. Eyes (M411- Pointed Blender and M200-Deluxe Crease) It is always important to blend, blend blend your makeup!! I do have a few blending brushes but I wanted to have a few backups when I clean them. I love how soft these brushes are and how well they blend out eye shadows. I haven't done a post in this series in a while, I've been loving my new favorite hair products!! My best friend gave me another box of hair products to try out and I got around to using a few. Lets get into the reviews!! Carol's Daughter Sacred Tiare Shampoo and Conditioner You guys know how much I love Carol's Daughter!! When I started my natural journey, these were the products I started out using and still use today. I was pretty excited when I saw these in the box! First I love that the containers have pumps, it make it easy to dispense when your hands are wet and impossible to spill out. I'll start out with the shampoo. I love how you don't need a lot of product to wash with. It really left my hair feeling soft and clean. With the conditioner, I love the creamy and silky texture. Its double does Tuesday!! Lol!! This is the last post in my Fall Favorites series. So let's get into Fall Hair Care!! Moisturize from the Inside Out Not only do you have to take care of the outside of your body, you should also take care of what's inside. I did stress the importance of drinking plenty of water with the last post and it is still as important. This is my favorite cup that I take with me everyday to work and just drink water all day. I try to refill this about 4 times during the day. I've noticed a difference in my skin and hair since I've cut out the juice and soda consummation. Leave-In Conditioners When it starts to get colder outside, you want to protect your hair from the harsh winds and cold air. It helps to really keep your hair moisturized. I do switch up the products I use on my hair but using a leave-in doesn't change. It really helps with keeping my hair moisturized and retaining the moisture in my hair. I still love my Hello C

Happy Tuesday!! Sorry there was no post on Sunday. I was a bit under the weather and enjoying family time. I just wanted to take the time to say what I am thankful for this year. Can't believe Thanksgiving is on Thursday and it will be 2015 before we know it. So much has gone on in my life in this past year that has made me want to throw in the towel and give up, made me feel so defeated and broken. There have been things that have made me so overjoyed and in love with life. Life has just been a rollercoaster and I'm proud of myself for still standing and not backing down. I am so thankful for learning to be patient with life and knowing things are not on my time. Things do happen for a reason and sometimes it's hard to question it. You just have to know that there is always a rainbow at the end of the storm. I'm so thankful for my son who is my motivation to keep going and not give up. I look at him and know that he depends on me and needs me to be there for him. I pus

Happy Sunday!! I've had another busy day with coaching my girls at a playoff game and it was so cold out there and birthday party. Also trying to get this laundry completed before it drives me crazy!! So here is the second post to my Fall Favorites and it is going to be on skincare. Body The colder weather is not so nice to my skin. I need to use something heavy to help keep my skin moisturized and soft. I just picked up the Nivea Essentially Enriched lotion and have been loving it so far. My skin is so soft and stays moisturized and doesn't get ashy lol. Its also good to reach for a good body cream or body butter to help your dry skin. I love the ones from Bath and Body Works. It is also good to switch up your body cleansers when it gets cooler out. I still use a shower gel but will reach more for body creams to wash with. They are so moisturizing and help with keeping the moisture in your skin.
