Wash N Go Series Part 4

Yes this is finally up, yay! Lol! Here is part 4 to my Wash N Go series and I will be using a styler by Deva Curl. I have never used a gel as my styler before so I was kinda anxious to see how my hair would react.

Now I'm going to do an overview of all 4 weeks of this series.

Part 1- Miss Jessie's

I think this was one of my favorites out of all of them. My curls were pretty tight and defined. It was super humid that week so my hair expanded a lot and had so much volume! My hair stayed for most of the week and was well hydrated.

Part 2- Shea Moisture

I really liked the results I got with this one too. My hair tends to have a mind of its own lol! I started out with a side part and it just didn't stay around! My hair stayed soft the whole week and  curls stayed for most of the week.

Part 3- Hello Curlies

My curls were a bit more stretched with these products but still tightly curled. I wish I had more of the leave in conditioner so I could use the whole line with this week. My hair once again stayed for the week and stayed soft as well

Part 4- Deva Curl

I had the most shrinkage with this gel. I loved how tight and defined my curls were. My hair did not get dry or crunchy at all. I am interested now to see how other gels would work with my hair as a styler.

Overall, every week was pretty much a success! I just worry about my hair getting dry and the style not lasting for the week but no dryness and my curls stayed. I hope to do this series again next Summer with different products!! I really hope this was helpful to some of you!!

Have a great weekend and see you Tuesday!!

Sometimes its hard.....

You know when you keep thinking of something and you just feel like you have to get it out? That was me before sitting down to write this post. I had something else planned to write but I kept thinking...sometimes its hard and it just evolved from there. We all heard the sayings, life isn't fair, life is hard and so on. Sometimes life can be hard but we don't experience it for long. There are so many things that I want to do but I know I can't do a million things at once. I can't just pick and go anymore, I'm someone's parent now. There are times I want to but I know things have to be planned out now. I will get to those place I want to go, just have to be patient and plan it out. It seems like we focus so much on what is hard about life that we forget about the easy stuff. We forget sometimes about all the good things that happen and to be grateful for getting through those rough patches. You may not like your living situation but you have a roof over

Naturalle Drea Is.....

I have been back and forth about this for a while. The end goal of this blog and my brand that I'm trying to build is success. I have been just trying to figure out my next moves and what steps to take next. This particular move scared me a bit but I feel like I need to take that step out of faith and fully jump into this. You know the saying, if your dreams don't scare you, they are not big enough.  Starting August 2nd, Naturalle Drea is will be moving to Word Press and officially naturalledrea.com! I am excited for this move and so thankful for those who started this journey here with me! I started this platform as outlet for myself to talk about the things I love and I have grown and learned so much from when I started over 4 years ago. I didn't know what I was getting myself into when I first started but I fell in love with writing and creating content. I never thought I would start a Youtube channel either and I love creating videos (except for editing late at nig
